Cheats Game Guide Hytale

Hytale: An overview of all console commands!

Hytale features several console commands and cheats that you can use to influence the game – we’ve put together an overview for you!

The sandbox adventure Hytale has only just launched in Early Access, but already offers a decent amount of content. Even though the version already has been around for “years,” as lead developer Simon said. Nevertheless, there are already console commands and built-in cheats for the game that you can use to gain advantages or let your creativity run wild. Since there are quite a few, we’ve put together an overview for you and, of course, we’ll also tell you how to use them.

Using cheats and console commands

To use cheats or other manipulations of the game world, you simply have to enter the correct commands in the chat. Just press the “Enter” key in the game to open the chat window, and then start typing in your desired commands one after the other. As soon as you send them, i.e. press “Enter” again, the desired effect should take effect.

Please note: For most commands, you must have admin rights, otherwise it will not work. If you run your own server, you can grant yourself admin rights. On other servers, you must obtain the rights from someone else, or someone with admin status must enter the commands for you.

What are the square brackets for? The square brackets in some commands are placeholders that need to be filled with the appropriate content. Instead of [number], type the desired number, without brackets, into the chat. The same applies to the rest of the square brackets.
