A new “First Look” trailer has now been released for Transport Fever 3, which focuses on the game’s tycoon mechanics.
The developers at Urban Games have released a new trailer for Transport Fever 3. This primarily focuses on the game’s central tycoon mechanics. The main thing is the further development of these mechanics in the franchise. Because building a profitable transport empire is no longer the only goal we pursue in the game, but rather lays the foundation for everything else. Financial management has been adjusted to ensure a challenge throughout the entire game.
This includes making it harder to maintain “money printing” routes, requiring players to regularly review and optimize them as cities develop or demand changes. The city growth system has also been completely overhauled, and each resident now follows an individual daily routine. This mainly consists of commuting between residential, industrial and commercial areas. Without efficient transportation options, residents either use nearby alternatives or their own automobiles. Too much traffic can have a negative impact on the city’s growth.
In order to be constantly up-to-date on the status of the cities, there are now several, clearly defined city levels. These range from small hamlets to sprawling metropolises – and every successful delivery to the city contributes to the expansion goal. And, as always, the bigger the cities, the more sophisticated the goods in demand become.
So we can already see: In Transport Fever 3 everything will be connected somehow. Every decision we make in the game will affect the cities and have consequences – whether positive or negative is in our hands. Above all, a plan that maintains the balance of many components should lead to long-term success.
